I am a holistic therapist offering sessions in English, French, Italian, and Spanish. I integrate evidence-based techniques - Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), hypnotherapy, Emotional Freedom Technique, mind-body methods - to help individuals reconnect with a confident, grounded sense of self and move forward with clarity and ease.
My approach combines the clinical effectiveness of Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (Hypno-CBT®) with emotional and somatic techniques to support clients through life transitions, self-esteem challenges, stress, anxiety and patterns holding them back.
Before dedicating myself to therapy, I spent over a decade in high-pressure international environments including investment banking, executive search, and entrepreneurial ventures across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. This experience deepened my understanding of human resilience, motivation, and cross-cultural psychology.
I hold a Diploma in Cognitive-Behavioural Hypnotherapy from the UK College of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy, accredited by the National Council for Hypnotherapy, the General Hypnotherapy Register, the Register for Evidence-Based Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy, and approved by the British Psychological Society.
I also hold a Practitioner Diploma from the International College of Kinesiology (Toque Para la Salud, Spain), and have completed certifications in Emotional and Psychological Kinesiology (UK) and Emotional Freedom Techniques (France).
