I integrate Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), hypnotherapy, emotional regulation tools, and mind-body techniques to help individuals reconnect with a confident, grounded sense of self and move forward with clarity and resilience.

Support also extends to those seeking greater clarity in their personal or professional “place in the world” — including public speakers, individuals working toward body or performance goals, and those seeking deeper social confidence.

  • Life Transitions & Change: Emotional support through significant life shifts such as family changes, physical transformations, or adapting to a new reality. These may involve career pivots, relocations, or evolving roles in personal life.

  • Stress, Anxiety & Trauma: Support for anxiety-related difficulties, including Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and related symptoms such as overwhelm, irritability, or avoidance.

  • Sleep & Rest: Addressing insomnia and sleep-related concerns, with a focus on restoring natural rhythms and a sense of restfulness.

  • Mindfulness & Emotional Regulation: Techniques to foster calm, reduce stress, and enhance relationships — with others and with oneself — using mindfulness, body awareness, and grounding strategies.
