I am a Mind-Body Therapist based in London, focusing mostly on 'becoming you': regaining your confidence and trust in yourself and your life. 

I combine several therapies: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Hypno-CBT® (a combination of Hypnotherapy and CBT), Kinesiology and Energy work, all used with a mind-body-soul approach, and all studied and practiced in the UK, Spain and France.

Evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy is at the heart of the treatments I offer: depending on your expectations and what suits you best, I combine it with other mind-body therapies such as Kinesiology and Emotional Freedom Techniques.

I aim at supporting your goals in all aspects of who you are: mind (ideas, thoughts, cognitive mechanisms), body (behaviours, physical body) and soul (your aspirations, dreams, inspirations and faith).

Although most sessions are in English, other languages are available: French, but also at an excellent working level Italian and Spanish, as I am French and Italian, lived in the USA and currently in the UK, and lived and studied in Mexico, Argentina and Spain. 

I have notions of Hebrew, Arabic and Japanese - all languages I am or have been connected to through my work and personal backgrounds. 

I adhere to the Code of Ethics of the General Hypnotherapy Register of which I am a member. I am also a member of the FHT (Federation of Holistic Therapies).
